Refund policy.

The short version

If a pack is broken, mislabelled, or not what its page described, we refund it. If you simply changed your mind after downloading, we generally can’t — but ask anyway, because we’d rather sort it out than have you stuck with something you can’t use.

Digital goods

Every product here is a download. Once files have been retrieved, they can’t be returned in any meaningful sense, so a completed download is the point past which a refund becomes a judgement call rather than an automatic right.

What we always refund

A corrupted or incomplete archive. A pack whose contents don’t match the format, file count or description on its page. A duplicate charge. An accidental second purchase of something already in your library — the checkout flags items you already own, but if one slips through, that’s on us.

Memberships

Cancelling a membership stops the next renewal; it doesn’t retroactively refund the period you’re in. You keep access, and everything you claimed during a paid period stays in your library permanently.

How to ask

Write to us with your order reference — it’s on your orders page and in your receipt. Tell us what went wrong. We answer every one.

This installation runs in test mode — no real payments are taken and no real refunds are issued.
